In order to improve the quality of service, whilst also delivering significant cost savings and productivity improvements, Torbay Council needed to leverage existing technology and infrastructure and build greater flexibility around delivery channels.

• Reduce outbound postal costs by over £75,000 (more than 15%) in the first year
