Intastop Ltd

Intastop Ltd, has launched a brand new responsive website to further assist customers in their search to protect Doors, People and Places.

Intastop is a leading player in the development and manufacture of products used in health, mental health, education and other public buildings. Its range of products, from Continuous Geared Hinges and Impact Protection Sheet to IVision Door Panels and Door Top Alarms, support facility managers and specifiers in their bid to protect people within their buildings and, the building itself including one of the most costly areas of maintenance, doors.

"With maintenance budgets stretched yet, with a more rigorous emphasis on the importance of maintaining a safe a comfy environment, we know facility managers have a huge challenge," said Marie Hanby, marketing manager at Intastop. "Our range of products support any facility maintenance and safety programme and we have developed a website to make the choice of products or solutions a quick and simple process."

The new website has been formulated into three distinct areas, the protection of Doors, People or Places. So whatever protection a customer is looking for they'll find it easily under these clear and easy to navigate sections. There is also a quick search or advanced search tool which allows for specific product requirements to be filtered and sourced. Each product will also benefit from more technical data and a link to any BIM related drawings, aiding specifiers and architects to find the information they require at the mere click of a button.

Additionally, and in response to customer feedback, Intastop has included a Live Chat tool whereby customers can easily speak with a technical support member of staff via the website.

"There are many new functions and features incorporated into our new website all developed in response to customer feedback," continued Marie. "We have much more technical data, easy to navigate product selector pages plus an easy way to order samples or receive quotes. This combined with an additional way to speak with our technical help team offers our customers and potential customers a more simple and effective way of sourcing the right product for the job."
